How long do your products last?
Gorilly Goods are dehydrated, crunchy and made to last. Best eaten by the date printed on each package, which is one year from the date it was produced.
Are there multiple flavors?
There are 6 varieties of the Gorilly Goods for you to enjoy. Our two banana-based snacks, Jungle and Forest, and our four crunchy trail mixes, Hillside, Trail, Baja, and Coast.
Is it gluten-free? Peanut free?
Our entire manufacturing facility is both gluten free and peanut free, and we ensure that each of our ingredients are as well. Safe for those with gluten and peanut allergies.
How much is Shipping?
We ship FREE everywhere in the US because we want everyone to have access to healthy + delicious snacks!
How quickly will I receive my order?
We typically ship orders within 2 business days. If we expect this to be longer, we will send an email to notify you. Many times, however, we are able to ship same day or next day to you!
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email order confirmation once shipped with link to tracking details. Also, you will receive an email when the package is out for delivery.

We ship to the 50 states in the US.

We are constantly expanding our distribution. Find a store near you by clicking our Store Locator at the bottom of the page, buy right here from our site, or tell us about your favorite retail store and we’ll reach out to them directly.
I would like to send a box to a friend – can I insert a message?
Yes. During checkout, fill out the “Gift Note” section at the bottom and we will be happy to include it with your purchase. If you miss this, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and the note, and we'll add a handwritten note for you!

What products can I subscribe to? What products are available for auto-delivery?
You can make your entire cart auto-deliver by checking the box at checkout or below each item before you add it to cart. You can also sign up for our subscription box to ship your favorite number of snacks automatically and save!
Where can I find my subscription details?
If you create a subscription or auto-delivery, you will have to create an account that you can log in to via our website to make changes to at any time. See your auto-delivery options, make changes to frequency, products, billing method, or shipping address right when you log in.
Will I get Email notifications?
You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order, or when your auto-delivery order is triggered, when your order has shipped, and shipping notifications when your order is delivered or out for delivery. Change email notifications at any time through the link at the bottom of the email.
